As you navigate through our website, you may order an appraisal, get basic knowledge of the appraisal process and review types of services. We will also answer a few anticipated questions with an online video of the process and a sample appraisal.
Lenders may use the "Client Login" system for requesting an appraisal or just to get an update on any of their appraisal requests currently in process.
Homeowners can utilize the "Order An Appraisal" tab to request an appraisal, or see a video in the "Appraisal Info" section, to learn a little more about the process.
Our Staff Appraisers:
Our appraisal firm has three State Licensed Appraisers on staff. Mr McClure, our Senior Staff Appraiser, is State Certified with over twenty years experience appraising residential homes in Ohio. In addition, Mr McClure is a current member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and a local member of the Great Lakes Relocation Council. Due to significant education, experience and numerous national designations, Mr McClure will complete all ERC assignments for our firm.
Appraisal Quality Control: All valuation assignments completed by our firm are given a quality control review by the senior staff appraiser, to preserve our high standards.
